Module 3: Movement

In this module, we explore movement as a sacred practice that reconnects body and spirit. Rather than focusing on performance, we approach movement as a gentle invitation into presence; offering clarity, energy, and spiritual renewal in the rhythm of daily life.

Our bodies hold emotion, memory, and insight. Through simple, intentional movements; walking, stretching, breathing, we begin to listen to our bodies and respond with care. Drawing on monastic wisdom and modern practices, you’ll be guided through reflections and exercises that honor movement as a form of prayer and a pathway to deeper connection with God, yourself, and the world around you.
