Why This Course Matters

In today’s busy, fragmented world, it’s easy to drift away from your spiritual center. Many Christians feel spiritually dry, emotionally overwhelmed, and unsure how to care for themselves in a truly holistic way.

This course helps you gently return to a way of life that feels sacred, steady, and nourishing.

The deeper emotional reason?

Peace. Clarity. A renewed sense of connection—with God, yourself, and the world around you.

Course FAQ

  • I’m offering a spiritually nourishing course for people from a Christian background who long to find well-being in body, mind, and spirit. This membership provides guided spiritual practices, reflective resources, and a welcoming online community to help you develop a sustainable way of life rooted in faith, stillness, and soulful connection.

  • There will be PDFs of the slides, printables, and a resource list for further exploration.

  • The introduction session is half an hour, and the modules are one hour each. In total, the videos are 8.5 hours with optional personal reflection during the week.

  • The beauty of an online course is that it can start right now, or you can begin it at a time that is convenient for you! Take your time, pause if needed, and come back to it whenever you’re ready. Periodically, I offer live group experiences, so make sure you’re on my mailing list to hear about the next one.

  • This is an evergreen course, and you can have access to the videos as long as you like.

  • Periodically, I will advertise a group experience of this course. Sign up for my updates to make sure you hear about the next one!

  • My teaching style is conversational, experiential with a teaching element, and retreat-like. I blend my training in spirituality, theology, and resilience with personal narrative, relatable stories, and invitations to apply concepts to your own life.

  • Each module I will encourage you to try one habit shift, so that you can add new practices in manageable ways so as not to become overwhelmed. In later modules I will invite you to reflect on your experience of incorporating those new habits.

  • There's a membership available to continue to unpack the concepts that are covered in the course and to join with other members in exploring spiritual practices together.

Course Overview

If you’d like to know more, here’s a course overview video. When the course opened in early in 2025, Kiran introduced the concept behind the course, her teaching approach, and the content of the modules.

Kiran opened this course at the New Year, a time when people are often thinking about new habits and practices, but this is an evergreen course and you can enroll at any time of the year!
