Over 10 days, through his course we will cultivate habits and daily spiritual practices rooted in the Christian tradition that promote wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

I’m offering a spiritually nourishing course for people from a Christian background who long to find well-being in body, mind, and spirit. This membership provides guided spiritual practices, reflective resources, and a welcoming online community to help you develop a sustainable way of life rooted in faith, stillness, and soulful connection.

There will be workbooks for each lesson, PDFs of the slides, and a reflection questions to help you process the content and apply it to your own life.

The lessons are one hour each. In total, there will be nine sessions - an introduction, one lesson for each of the 7 spiritual practices, and a closing module on developing Habits for Your Spirit.

The lessons will begin on January 6th, 2026 at 3pm Ireland/UK time. They will be recorded, and the videos will be available to watch on the same day.

You will have access to the course recording as long as this version of the course is still relevant.

Starting January 6th, there will be a group coaching session immediately after the live recorded lesson. This is an optional add-on to the course, for those who wish to go deeper and tailor these practices to their own lives.

My teaching style is accessible, informative, and experiential. I blend my training in spirituality, theology, and resilience with personal narrative, relatable stories, and invitations to apply concepts to your own life.

Each module I will encourage you to try one habit shift, so that you can add new practices in manageable ways so as not to become overwhelmed. In later modules I will invite you to reflect on your experience of incorporating those new habits.

There's a membership available to continue to unpack the concepts that are covered in the course and to join with others in exploring spiritual practices together over an extended period of time.
