It’s not therapy or coaching ~ it’s a gentle, guided exploration of your spiritual journey.

In our sessions, we’ll slow down, listen deeply, and honor whatever is stirring within you. Together, we’ll create a sacred space for reflection, healing, and growth.

  • Spiritual Direction is a sacred conversation centered on your relationship with the Divine ~ however you understand that. It’s a practice of deep listening, reflection, and discernment. I don’t give advice or try to “fix” you; I hold space so you can notice where Spirit may already be moving in your life.

  • While therapy focuses on mental health and healing the past, and coaching focuses on goals and performance, Spiritual Direction focuses on your soul’s growth and your connection with the Sacred.
    It’s not about achieving something ~ it’s about becoming more aware, open, and attuned to the Presence already within and around you.

  • Not at all. People from all backgrounds (and none at all) find value in Spiritual Direction. Whether you speak of God, Spirit, the Universe, Love, or Mystery ~ all language and experience of the Sacred are welcome here.

  • You are warmly welcome. Spiritual Direction doesn’t require prior experience ~ just openness and curiosity. Many people come simply with a longing to pause and reconnect with something deeper.

  • We begin with silence or a short grounding practice. You’re invited to share whatever feels alive for you ~ questions, struggles, gratitude, or simply a moment of reflection.
    I listen deeply and may ask gentle questions, offer an image or prayer, or hold space in silence. Sessions close with gratitude and time for integration.

  • Each session is typically 30 to 60 minutes, though it can vary slightly depending on your needs and pacing that day.

  • Most people find a monthly rhythm to be most supportive, allowing time to integrate what arises between sessions. Packages are designed to give flexibility ~ you can choose what fits your season best.

  • Nothing is required. Simply come as you are. You may wish to bring a journal, candle, or cup of tea ~ anything that helps you arrive and feel grounded.
