What my participants have to say …
A bit about my approach…
-
At the heart of this course is the belief that resilience grows not through striving, but through grace. I approach spiritual formation as a gentle unfolding ~ helping you discover patterns of rest, reflection, and renewal that fit the real texture of your life. Each step encourages you to return to what steadies you and reminds you that healing happens in rhythm, not perfection.
-
This course blends insights from Celtic and Ignatian spirituality with simple, accessible practices you can weave into your daily routine. My approach is both contemplative and practical ~ helping you connect sacred truth with ordinary life. The aim is to cultivate small, consistent rhythms that nurture peace and groundedness even in busy seasons.
-
Rather than just offering information, this course invites you into experience. Through guided reflections, journaling, creative exercises, and pauses for prayer or silence, you’ll engage the material with your whole self ~ heart, mind, and body. This experiential rhythm allows transformation to unfold naturally and personally, one step at a time.
