Module 6: Nourishment

In this module, we explore nourishment as a spiritual practice that cares for body, mind, and spirit. Nourishment is more than food ~ it includes the habits, rhythms, and relationships that help us feel grounded, whole, and connected to God.

We reflect on practices like mindful eating, gratitude, and hospitality. These simple, everyday actions can become sacred when approached with intention, reminding us of God’s presence and provision.

You’ll be invited to consider what truly sustains you and how you might cultivate life-giving habits that support your well-being and the nourishment of others.

Featured Songs:

Praise the Lord, All the Earth (Psalm 104)

O God, You are my God (Psalm 63)
