Module 1: Stillness
In this module, we explore the practice of stillness as an intentional way of slowing down, centering ourselves, and reconnecting with God’s presence. Rather than focusing on silence alone, we’ll reflect on stillness as an inner posture ~ one that can be cultivated even amid movement, noise, and the demands of daily life. Through guided reflections, prayer, and gentle awareness, we’ll consider how stillness can become a grounding and restorative practice.
You’ll be invited to notice both the challenges and gifts of stillness, especially in a culture shaped by busyness and productivity. Drawing on scripture, embodied reflection, and simple prayer practices, this module offers practical ways to begin ~ or deepen ~ a rhythm of stillness in small, accessible moments, helping you listen more deeply to yourself, to God, and to what truly matters.
