Step 3.2: Day of Resilience
In this session, we reframe the Sabbath as a day of resilience ~ a weekly practice of refilling what life drains. Rather than striving for a perfect day of rest, it’s about choosing what restores your heart, mind, and spirit.
This day invites you to step away from constant noise and digital distractions, and to lean into life-giving practices like reflection, creativity, cooking, or simply being present. Even ordinary tasks can become meaningful when seen as moments of connection with God, yourself, or others.
Most importantly, allow the day to unfold gently. Release the pressure of schedules and ask yourself what you truly need. A day of resilience is not about doing nothing ~ it’s about making space for what brings you back to life.
