Step 3.1: Crafting Your Resilient Rhythm

In this session, I walk you through how to build a resilient rhythm of life by gently weaving spiritual practices into things you already do. I introduce the idea of “habit stacking,” drawing on James Clear’s Atomic Habits, and show how pairing a spiritual practice with a daily action ~ like turning on the kettle ~ can make it easier to stay consistent without pressure or overthinking.

I then explore the natural rhythms of our lives ~ daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual ~ and share simple examples from my own routines. These small, intentional practices can become meaningful anchors that support wellbeing and resilience over time.

Finally, I encourage you to start small, be realistic, and care for yourself with kindness. Even thirty seconds of stillness, a five-minute walk, or a mindful moment of tending can help you flourish so you can offer your best self to others.
