Step 2: Identify Your Spiritual Practices for Resilience
In this session, I invite you to notice the simple moments in your day that already sustain your spirit ~ a nourishing breakfast, a brief walk, or a quiet pause before bed. I then guide you in reflecting on what your life is mostly filled with and what you may be longing for, so you can see which spiritual practices might bring more balance.
We explore how practices like movement, stillness, tending, or connection can complement your daily rhythms, depending on whether your days are full of sitting, constant activity, ongoing interaction, or frequent solitude. I then encourage you to choose one practice ~ stillness, tending, movement, beauty, word, nourishment, or connection ~ to intentionally weave into your daily rhythm.
