Resilient Rhythms Workshop
This workshop invites you into a gentle rhythm of reflection and renewal ~ at your own pace, in your own time. Through three simple steps, guided reflections, and a companion workbook, you’ll learn to establish rhythms that build resilience so you can flourish in daily life and serve from a place of replenishment.
The videos are taken from a live workshop and broken down into bite-sized lessons for a self-guided experience. The workshop lasts for a total of an hour. You can either complete it in one sitting or watch one lesson at a time. I hope the workshop is of value to you as you consider how simple rhythms can build resilience into your life!

In this opening session, I’ll share how a rhythm of life grounded in grace can help you live with greater presence, balance, and renewal.

Explore the seven spiritual practices ~ Stillness, Tending, Movement, Beauty, Word, Nourishment, and Connection ~ and how they restore balance.

Experience the power of rhythm, mindful movement, and intentional breath as they guide you toward calm, connection, and renewal.
Step 2: Identify Your Spiritual Practices for Resilience
Life often calls for gentle resets ~ small pauses that help us begin again with grace and intention.
In this step, I’ll introduce the idea of habit stacking (inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits) ~ the simple yet powerful practice of pairing a spiritual rhythm with something you already do each day.
Step 3.1: Crafting Your Resilient Rhythm
Reflection deepens resilience.
In this step, I invite you to pause and notice the rhythms that bring you nourishment — and the ones that quietly drain your energy. By paying attention to these patterns with honesty and compassion, you begin to see where grace is inviting you to adjust, release, or simply rest.
Step 3.2: Day of Resilience
Step into the flow of sound and movement—where rhythm becomes language, and your body becomes the instrument. In this session, we invite you to listen deeply, move freely, and let the vibration of your own voice and breath lead you toward greater presence and alignment.
Step 4: Flourish and Serve
As you finish, revisit your workbook and notes.
